My family and I saw Celtic Thunder Mythology in Salina, Ks, last November. We had never been able to attend one of their concerts before, and decided to treat our boys with the surprise of their lives. They knew only that we were going to do something special together. When we pulled into the parking lot of the Bicentennial Center, one of them caught sight of an equipment truck with the Celtic Thunder pictures on the side. He immediately became very excited, saying repeatedly no way, no way, no way! The other two boys were speechless, although they were watching everything. One kept asking me am I dreaming? They all had gigantic smiles, and my husband and I were just as delighted to be there as they were. We had a marvelous evening, singing along with all the lads and having a wonderful time. We really enjoyed the banter between them and you could feel the energy and happiness in the air. It was like being at a family event where everyone felt that it was a privilege to be there.
