My family herbalist course is paying off again. My oldest, sweet Miss L and my right-hand lady, went down today with a nasty tummy bug thats lurking in the home. Shes resting while I brew up a ginger, red raspberry leaf, nettle, and chamomile tea to help with the nausea and intestinal issues. Lemon essential oil is diffusing on the stovetop. Prayers for my little lady are appreciated! Miss H, our three year old, hasnt been feeling well, either. Tis the season for many of us, unfortunately!
