My family is so dope...and let me tell you why. So the (what I like to call) elders of the family...these being the parents, aunts and uncles of the fam get us grown kids together to share their wisdom. They physically sit us down and teach us lessons on how to shop for your family on a budget, working through lifes problems, finances, dating with children, cooking, education, marriage and whats all involved in that, parenting, religion, co-existing with others...etc. Jewels to life and living. To help us get through mistakes that we really dont have to make...to be better than they were. Why am I sharing this you ask? To spark the conversation with your family...your elders. Maybe this can catch on. Not saying any family or person is perfect...thats the farthest from the truth...but if we ALL work on being and doing better...then teach our children how to be and get better, so they can teach their children how to be and get even better we can build a better life and future for our legacy...and in a broader sense make the world better for our childrens children.
