My family thanksgiving featured homemade bresaola, carrot brulee, pumpkin cheesecake with a gingerbread crust, incredible Zinfandel, an alien autopsy game for kids (edible gummy brains, guys- thats the clincher), imagining live-action scenes being depicted by Hyperbole and a Half, Birdopoly, Margaret Atwoods alliterative childrens books, and a Pot-Bellied Pig named Bacon playing tag with my feet. All in all, a great success.
