My father is a man of few words. He doesnt throw around words just for the sake of it. I can remember the last time he told me he loved me was before my last surgery. I almost died that day. Although I know he loves me, because he shows me he does, there are days I would give everything I own just to hear those words again. I tell him I love him everyday. I tell my kids I love them, it is the very last thing they hear from me, because God forbid, one day it will be. Regret is so hard to live with, it does not forgive and stays with you forever. If you are in my life its for a reason, I love you
