My father passed away yesterday after a long illness. He gave us many gifts including photography, humor, love of the outdoors. Some of you knew him and knew what a character he could be. He was a photographer and a mechanic for a living and a craftsman as a hobby. I was able to share moments in these last months, jokes, smiles and some wedding photos I had taken that he said were terrific. That alone was a great gift. We will miss him terribly, but we have so many stories that we can share so he will live on. We are still making arrangements for services and I will let people know when they are finalized.
