This protects her from the local government who would pay her even less than they do if they could! It also keeps her protected from frivolous lawsuits! It is the Union that brought us the middle class and now that the unions are out of favor the middle class is dying! If you want to see a world without union involvement look at the US workers in 19th and early 20th century! Sweat shops...child labor...18 hour work days...injury and death were commonplace!
