My favorite new salad: Fiesta Ranch Pasta Salad, I took most of the recipe off of Pinterest but changed it a bit! 2 regular sized pkgs cooked pasta, cooled (I used the bow tie) Mix the following together while pasta cooks: 1 can kidney beans, drained 1 can black beans, drained 1 can chopped olives 1 small bag frozen corn I also mixed the dressing together and refrigerated while pasta cooked: 1 packet taco seasoning 1 bottle ranch dressing 1 jar salsa (medium size or 2-3 cups) Mix the cooled pasta with bean mixture and then mix all with the sauce. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Top with Fritos! I forgot to add the shredded cheese but added it when we got home and it didnt make much taste difference so I would probably leave off next time too. Can also add cooked chicken for a meal.
