My favorite part of the day is when we get to take the puppies out of the box for their dailies (weight check, ribbon change, head to toe check up, and ENS exercises). This is the only time we disturb mama and babies. We want a peaceful environment so that stress hormones are not released into the milk. Needless to say, I get giddy like a little school girl to love up on the babies. Their pink skin, puppy breath, squeaks and velvet coats fill me up inside. I love this tender age!
