My fellow believers you shoul not become teachers for they will be judged more strictly. We all stumble in many ways anyone whos not at fault in what they do is perfect able to keep their whole body in check. When we put bits into the mouths of horses to make them obey we turn them around or think of ships they driven by strong winds even though their so large and they are steered by a small rudder wherever the pilot wants to go the tongue is a small part of the body but it boasts consider that a great forest is set on fire by a small spark the tongue is the fire of evil of the parts of the body. It corrupts the whole body sets the whole life on fire and is set on fire by Hell itself. You can tame all the birds of the air and the beasts of the field but the tongue cannot be for its an restless evil full of deadly poison. With the tongue we praise our God and father but we also curse human beings who are Gods likeness out of the same mouth come praise and cursing bothers and sisters this shouldnt happen can fresh and salt water flow from the same spring?. Can a fig tree grow olives or a grape vine bear figs? A salt spring cant produce fresh water. James 3:1-12
