My fellow spinally injured friends have woken to a day where an alternative future is possible. I am able to walk a little but, for those with complete paralysis, a miracle may now be possible. How much is owed to the man who tirelessly worked to fund the research and the marvellous intelligence of the scientists who discovered that a small part of the brain, accessed through the nose and injected into the spine, can cause nerves to repair. Now, lets hope that funds are made available to ensure this treatment is made available as widely as possible.
