My first adventure with a Korean BREAKFAST buffet included Pickled Jellyfish, Steamed Halibut, Spinach, Cold flavored/seasoned duck breast, cold fresh water mussels with a lemon slice, spicy baby octopus, roasted mushrooms, conch ceviche, a sweet breakfast sausage that tasted a bit like spare ribs, crab salad, smoked salmon with capers, fresh mango salad, pickled seaweed, peeled and deseeded concord grapes (or were they muscat - couldnt tell for sure), Kimchi, bamcho, and something called Acorn Jellied Food... To drink, there was Cranberry Juice! (and some kind of strange vitamin drink that I realized too late might also be loaded with caffeine... thus far I seem unscathed by it... and yes, I did go back for seconds on the pickled jellyfish!
