My first floor is for rent (east providence), $900 2 bedroom, free on street parking, music friendly. as long as you stop by 8ish neighbors dont care. I am hoping musician friends of mine rent it for the basement is large with two separate room and could easily be turned into 2 band spaces. as long as you pay on time you never see the landlord which is great... unless you need something fixed then you have to bug the hell out of him. but id rather have an M.I.A. landlord then one that is climbing down your throat. good size backyard.... 5 mins from the bike path
