My first impromptu restaurant concert! (as promised) Holy shit was this uncomfortable at first. When I was challenged to sing on the spot, it brought up all kinds of excuses as to why I shouldnt. Then I remembered that all of those excuses had to do with what I thought other people *might* think of me. I decided when I broke through that board the other day that I was done depriving myself and others of joy and fun stuff based on that bullshit. I said screw it. Singing is fun. These people are fun. Lets rock. So after almost 48 hours of talking non stop with my scratchy voice, heres what came out of me. Thanks to Kristen Nolan, Teena Evert, Casey Carpenter, Adriana Casas Vergara, Kim Meier, Jeremy Blanchard, Jennifer Diepstraten, Maribel Jimenez, Eric Asbeck, and anyone else I missed that helped me do this, and shared this moment with me.
