My first irate guest of the year! Apparently the Guests exiting from Downtown were all cramming into 2 of the 4 lanes available, as usual because people are sheep and just follow the idiot in front of them. The woman claimed that she waited 25 minutes and the drivers were cutting each other off and yelling at each other. She asked why no one was out there directing traffic. I explained that all our available staff were busy working the toll booths. If there is no one directing traffic, it would be because there is no one available to do so. Its a weekday, holidays are over so hours are short and staffing is cut. This of course was not to get satisfaction. She proceeded to call me and everyone here useless and then took my picture and made it clear (several times)that she was going to blog about it. Im shaking in my boots. Made sure to give her deuces while I assisted the next guest with his ticket. She had the flash on, so I think she mostly took a picture of the glare on the window...
