My first lesson with a great young man named Jeremy who has autism. Hes more of what youd call the strong silent type, so I found pretty quickly that action spoke louder than words. So we cut the small talk and got straight to playing a few of his favorite Dresden Dolls songs and the transformation in him was amazing and emotional for everyone in the room. Seeing the smile burst out of him while playing was the best feeling ever. It again shows why sharing music with people can transcend so much so quickly and get right to the heart of things. Happy Birthday, Jeremy! Jermeys father is presenting: THE 3RD ELEPHANTS FOR AUTISM MUSIC FESTIVAL https://facebook/events/264539997027747/ AT LE GRAND FROMAGE & THE BONEYARD IN ATLANTIC CITY. THE EVENT WILL FEATURE 5 STAGES AND ALL DOOR MONEY RAISED AT THIS EVENT WILL BENEFIT THE MUSIC PROGRAM AT THE ARCHWAY SCHOOL IN ATCO,NJ. archwayprograms.org/
