My first session with the personal trainer was excellent. He taught me how to do a great stretching workout and how to do a proper weight circuit with cardio in between, I seem to have good strength but am lacking in endurance. He pushed me but was very encouraging. I also like that he gave me homework to do over the next few days. My second session on Tuesday we are going to go make a cardio routine and discuss healthy eating,
