My first week without Joey has been tough, touching and tremendous. Tough, because during the busy times I kept expecting him to walk in to greet us. And during the stressful times I missed getting up and going out to love on him in the garden or in the back of the studio or sometimes I didn’t have to go far at all, because he was napping right behind me in the office. Touching, because my co-workers and friends have been so tender and supportive. And tremendous, because of all of you. The way you have shared your thoughts and heart has made this week absolutely inspiring. Still thinking about Joey’s legacy and how we can use this page for good. Still waiting to learn his cause of death (Sept. 22n) and working on the plan for the spreading of his ashes. But until then, thank you for going on this journey with me. Theba
