My food striker whom I only discover he will only eat plain white rice with hand fed (like Malay or Indian) ... I try to add some flavor to his plain rice( put all ingredient cook together with rice) the other day but failed ... But today I try different version by making fried rice... Is like magic happen ... Open big mouth n automatic comeback to me for more .. But still need hand fed ... I try spoon him he turn away his head n push my hand away ... I use last night left over rice which I cook with 1tsp VCO (smell like nasi lemak) Other ingredient to cook fried rice: 1 cube butter Sweet green pea Small red onion Diced carrot 1 mini tomato 1 kampung egg 1 pinch of salt (can ommit) Just fry everything like normal fried rice ...the rice have abit coconut smell due to VCO ... Smell very fragrant ...I like it too =p
