My friend Anthony and I spent the last hour and a half discussing Horcruxes we came up with some interesting theories. What are your guys thoughts? We are eventually going to polish this and send it to Jo maybe she will finally spill on the horcrux process Prerequisite to Horcrux 1. has to be made knowingly 2. potion of pure hate 3. A spell is used which is similar to Avada Kedrvra there is a noticeable differences however that being the spell is used to to transport a piece of soul not to extinguish one. The three steps and our theories about them Part One: The Potion The potion is one of pure hate. We came to this conclusion by thinking about the sacrifice made by Lily on Halloween and how it was one of pure love and that is what protected Harry from death and therefore destabilized Toms soul enough for it to split. Another way the theory is reinforced is the way the creator of the horcrux can destroy them that is by having remorse which lessons the hate and therefore contracts the pure hate that split the soul. 1. Drinking of the hate potion which splits the soul. 2. The kill which is a sacrifice that allows soul to move 3. The spell which is the transferring of the soul We know you dont personally have to kill someone for Step 2 just be near by because Tom did not cast the spell for Moaning Myrtle. It was also not even an initial death. What we know about the potion Potion is pure hate which is what cracks the soul. A major ingredient of the potion is unicorn blood. We have two reasons for knowing this number 1 a unicorn is pure good which makes killing it pure evil. Number two it is strengthening so it will reenforce the second half of soul for the move. Spell moves soul parts from main body to object similar to avada kedrvra only differences is your trying to move a soul piece not extinguish a soul Resurrection potion bone of the father blood of the enemy May reflect the potion for the horcrux. The Spell The spell weakens him Halloween theory Lily’s love dislodged the fractured piece of soul. We think he was going for a horcrux that night because you have to have at least started the process for a piece to have gotten dislodged IE drank the potion of pure hate. We know this because Harry was a horcrux and you cant spontaneously split your soul. However Voldemort may have had his soul spontaneously split because he was only 1/64th of a person at that point. runs and hides We know this because Dumbledore said this split the soul maybe his soul which may have made him think of horcrux because it could be the sacrifice Voldermort had drank Hate potion before arriving to Godrics Hallow He was one 64th by the time he arrived at Godrics hallow so at this point horcrux making was almost an instinct. He was able to create the horcruxes so easily because by the time he graduated he was only a fourth of a person. He also was born under the effects of a love potion. Interesting Notes: when the final showdown happens that part of “soul” that Voldemort had was so small 1/128 he could not of had remorse it was literally impossible. He was basically setup for evil because of his birth under the love potion and then growing up in an orphanage without love. We think he did it so he could actually be tough not just pretending to be. All the characters are gray even the golden boy Harry he had 1/68th of Voldemort inside him.
