My friend Ariel Dabora called me a few months ago. Ari, an incredible superhero of a friend of mine, has always been there to help DadelHouse Media acquire video contracts. He put me in touch with Anthony Elman for Iron Chef America Cuisine who needed videos. I met Anthony at his house and right away was taken aback by the incredible vibes full of love that he and his wife Jacqueline Stein-Elman had flowing around the house. We hit it off instantly. Together with my hand, Anthonys vision, our creation - we continued to hammer out videos over the past few months - taking his brand to new heights and developing a personal friendship and mentorship. Iron Chef America Cuisine is a fabulous brand because of its 4 healthy components (beef and/or chicken, veggies, basmati rice and sauce) speed-scratch 12 minute cooking that can feed up to 4 people and costs only $15 in the grocery story frozen food section. It was no surprise to me when I saw Anthonys beautiful face on the Notable.ca Award page. A one-man- show just like myself, it is a pleasure and an honour to be a part of his development.
