My friend Sumit Garg (photo below), is no more; he passed away yesterday. As usual I was not with him in his hour of need. I had missed a post he made some months ago about his ill health and I missed it completely. He taught me so many things from computer programmes to Vedanta and yet called me Guruji. In the past he had expressed a desire to meet up and catch up, but the selfish person that I am, I put that meeting off twice, not knowing that I will never meet him again. If only I had known his condition and for all I know he must have thought I knew it because he had put it on Facebook. Sorry my dear friend; not meeting you is my loss. Forgive me if you can. I know you will be at peace, wherever you are.
