My friend from high school just called me telling me she was going to kill herself, she began to pop pills while we were on the phone! I could hear her voice going and she sounded so exhausted, I began to tell her how amazing she was and she didnt need to do this. She hung up and I called back immediately with a little more talking and encouragement I got her to throw them up. I realize today that people go through so much, dont ignore a cry for help. Im so glad I was able to help, we just hung up and she is now trying to relax and pull herself together. When people talk about taking there life we all take it as a joke until in actually happens.
