My friend posted an article about warren and I replied to it. I believe this is a powerful comment to everyone not just warren. I truly respect Mayor Franklin and I believe he is doing an amazing job. This is why I try to stay away from reading the news. People are getting killed everywhere not just in warren. People are getting threatened everywhere not just in warren. Schools are getting bomb threats not just in warren Etc etc etc.... It is not mayor franklins fault. He didnt force these people to do their wrong doings. I think people tend to forget we get comfortable until something tragic happens then we want to take a stand. Why is the stand not taken all the time? Our priorities are so messed up. We look down on the poor, we want a position we are not qualified to do, we want to have everything the joneses has. We even want our children to behave but the only form of discipline they receive is allowing the TV to be the babysitter and Facebook to be the big brother. I am 40 years old. I fear what my 20 year old son is going to have to deal with. Our values are worth more of who we text, versus who we verbally communicate to . Our world is growing cold by our own doing. Not anyone elses. I dont think mayor Franklin has that much power. Meaning he is a man with integrity and I truly believe that he is doing the best he possibly can for warren.
