My friend texted this to me right now and I thought I would post it to see if anyone else knows if this is some kind of new scam or if you have encountered this man before...my friend is very concerned about the man: Just had the weirdest thing happen to us. At the Shell on University Ave. an old Chinese man about 70 year old, very well spoken, pulled up to us wearing an oxygen tube in his nostrils ask us for money. He was driving a new 2013/2014 black honda accord. He held up a mini oxygen tank and said he was running low on oxygen and needed money to refill. He would never ask for money but that he was desperate. He didnt have cash but we gave him all the change we had. He didnt want it. So he shook his hand jesturing no to us. And continued to ask the others at the gas station.
