My friends, EAT WELL , THINK BETTER: The most sensible and long term way to a lean and healthy body is to eat clean and healthily most, if not all of the time. Exercise should be used only as an adjunct to promote, strengthen, tone and sculpt lean muscle . When we dont eat clean and use exercise as the main way to control weight, if injury, low energy level, motivation or aging precludes exercising,weight gain and less than optimum health normally result. GIVE THANKS.
