My friends in RE know that i have been doing rentals for about a year now... and it is starting to happen! RENTERS become BUYERS! I have had two rental clients call me (after almost a year) and and say My lease is almost up and can you help me buy? ..... YES! so... Saturday we had this conversation.. on Sunday we looked at houses, and on Monday we have an accepted offer.. today we open escrow and my renter is now a buyer! Thank you to the lender (Jed Wunderli) for working on a Saturday and a Sunday.. Thank you to the sellers agent (Joanne Hendricks) for being the agent everyone wants to work with and thank you to Jamie Cox for being an awsome RE friend and mentor who sent me to Evans Small..who told me first that renters become buyers ..Real Estate is about relationships.. hmm, who said that to me?
