My goal as an Army Officer in 2014 is to mentor and show all the young Soldiers how I got to where I am today. The money makes me happy, but I cherish all the lives I have helped change. If I can encourage the Soldiers that look up to me to go to College and better their lives, I rather focus in their outcome to see them succeed. Changing lives is more important to me because this year has been phenomenal for me and if I cannot share with those younger Soldiers my visualizing, I am not doing my job as a leader...
