My goal in running for governor is to earn the trust and the vote - TopicsExpress

My goal in running for governor is to earn the trust and the vote of the hard working people of Kansas. Thats why this endorsement, posted today on the Facebook page of a Kansas citizen, means more to me than any other endorsement ever could. Those who know me well, know Ive got a mouth on me - thats bc Im comfortable in your company. Im generally quiet in atmospheres unfamiliar... Im taking a step into the public limelight with the next comments....Im VERY uncomfortable making ANY public statements regarding POLITICS. Most Politicians sicken me with their selfish agendas. That being said, Ill make a few comments to my friends who have no idea who Keen Umbehr is..... Ive known the Umbehr family for 13 years. Although our families have not moved in the same circles of friends, I know this about them..The very reason Keen got into the political arena was to protect his rights as a small businessman. He took that battle clear to the Supreme Court in the nation. And WON! Now hes taking a stand to work for us as one of us, Kansas citizens. Weve been harping about how sick we are of the current administrations all across the nation. Who will have the nerve to stand up and be a part of the change? I have faith that Keen can be the change we need to work toward getting Kansas back to our standards. Hes got lots of experience in taking on the big dogs by using his intelligence and his determination. I wouldnt say its a my way or the highway mentality but hell make the boys and girls mind their agendas in the statehouse while making decisions for the State of Kansas. Dont let his being the newbee in the mix throw your vote, hes a quick study. The Umbehrs are good people. I think of honesty, integrity, fortitude, family values, importance of education, the list of their attributes mirror a lot of my own needs and cares. Thats my comment, Ill not make anymore. If youre reading this, you have many resources to educate yourselves on the candidates. Go get em Keen A. Umbehr Sr.
