My goodness this energy shift with the Lunar Eclipse in Aries coming up is very strong. Im feeling the physical effects of it right now. My head is aching, my bones are aching and Im feeling like I just want to go to bed. If youre feeling the same thing, youre not alone. If you are a sensitive soul, you will be really feeling this energetic shift physically, emotionally and mentally. I just read this post by Kyrona Unity Hope and she sums it up beautifully.
