My granddaughter just tried to kill me. I was running her bathwater, and Lizzy decided to step into the bathroom door and scream...and it was not just ANY scream...She screamed like there was a giant spider with a knife standing there...Im talking a B-movie horror queen grade a shriek of terror! Im on my hands and knees adjusting the water in the tub when she does this...My response involved a failed attempt to reach my feet that resulted in me smashing the top on my head in to the wall on the other side of the tub. I halfway expected to see a snake or something on the floor behind me. And then she says Did I scare you? It took ten minutes for my heart to stop trying to beat its way through my rib cage...and I dont know HOW I kept from losing bladder control. On the plus side, the wall is undamaged. Where does she come up with these things?
