My heart broke today when I heard of the passing of Mrs.Arlene Aguilar. She was without a doubt my favorite teacher and the 1 person who inspired me most in HS. My lifetime love of history came from my many years as her student. She was a teacher who taught from the heart. She made you believe that you were important and gave you the confidence every day to believe in yourself.she was a big smile and a positive thought every time you saw her.SHe was a brilliant teacher and I look back in gratitude because she changed me.While I mourn the loss of a great teacher, I feel blessed and honored that she was a part of my life. May she rest in peace and may her family find comfort knowing that she is home. God Bless..Maam Arlene Aguilar I Truly Miss You!!
