My heart hurts. I will (and I hope you will be) in prayer for the family of the young man lost today. Thank you to all involved in making sure I got information or that Hubble Foundations information will be passed on to the appropriate parties. On another note, I would just like to say I am more than DISPLEASED with the news coverage out of KY. Using graphic descriptions of the mans passing is uncouth, rude, and tasteless. These family members will search fervently for information on media outlets and the internet. I am sure they are being told he passed away, but how much detail they are being given on the phone before someone is there to be with them is unclear. I think it is not only poor form, but disrespectful to the family to broadcast graphic details when the man has not even been brought down from the structure. Say he was killed and in a position where he can not be rescued. Thats fine. You dont have to use graphic ... and I mean graphic descriptions ...tasteless. you should be ashamed of yourselves.
