My heart is filled with sadness for the family of Jimmy Fox, one of the most loving and generous men I have ever known. I had so many good times with Jimmy. He bought my first and only set of overalls, boots, and gloves, all camouflage to take me hunting. Something he loved only more than his faith, children and me. I loved climbing up on a tree stand watching nature come to life as the morning sun came up over the trees. I ask Jimmy one time how come we were not seeing any deer. He said maybe if you didnt wear perfume and lipstick it might help us. He shot a deer one time and it broke my heart. As he started dragging it away, I said wait Jimmy, I think I can save him, he said we dont want to save him, we want to eat him. From that point on, when Jimmy would ask if I wanted to go hunting I would say I will if you promise not to shoot anything. He would say okay. He would still take me out, we would climb the deer stand, and just enjoy nature early morning without shooting anything. I loved that! All my love Jimmy Fox, I wished I had married you all those times you asked....little did I know you loved me more than any other man I would ever know. Thank you to his children for making me feel like so much a part of the family and to his brother Richard. Who introduced me to Jimmy. Mr. Jimmy Fox had a way of making me feel beautiful, special and cherished. I will forever be grateful for everything you ever did for me and most of for loving me in spite of myself. I will always love you old Friend.
