My heart is so sad. My family has been a member of the Jewish Community Center for 25 years. I have some of the best relationships in my life from this family oriented place. It sickens me to think that some new sicko took away lives and injured people. This is in the middle of the suburb of Overland Park, next to a shopping mall on busy streets. Dave was leaving at the exact time from there after working out. I was on my way to swim. It really can happen, at any place, at anytime. My love and prayers to all of the families at both the center and the retirement village. I really wonder how much more of these horrendous crimes people can take.......I feel for our young children....They only know this kind of world.
