My home town New Orleans. 1. Woolworths my Mom and I ate lunch at the lunch counter here every Saturday. 2. Martin Brothers Restaurant. Chef Menture Hwy. My Mom worked here over 10 years. 3. This is where I was born. Hotel Dieu Hospital. Operated by Catholic Nuns. 4.White House Restaurant. Met the Lenfant daughters here. Their parents owned Lenfants Restaurant the competition on the Lake Front. 5. The Sky View drive in on Chef Meture Hwy in Gentilly. Best hot dogs in town. Where I met my first girlfriend. Donna Becknell. I lived two blocks away. 6. The Bowl-A-Rama on Jefferson Hwy. One of the stops for my traveling bowling league. All these places are no longer around. What awesome childhood memories they created for me. =;-> b
