My husband, Mitchell Ray Boles, is trying to find the lady that posted last week about problems with Comcast over-billing her for the first month of service, but the post has been deleted. Would she please get ahold him or I? He has a few Make It Right cards and would like to give one to her. Hes also trying to find the person that is getting $500 collections notices over equipment that supposedly wasnt returned. He cant give her a card because theyre only for current customers, but he wanted to look into the problem for her. If anyone else is having issues with Comcast and would like for him to check into it, just let one of us know. The people that do my hair and nails already give his cell number to the folk that complain to them about Comcast, so he wont mind at all. ;-) If he cant make an informed guess as to what the problem is, he usually needs the phone number attached to the account (so that he can pull up the account history), a contact number (so that he can call you from the office), and the best time to call you. He also has two more of these cards, so if you have a problem that he cant solve, he can direct you to a dedicated team that is probably more helpful than regular customer support or retentions. Unfortunately, these cards come with unique ID numbers, so there are only two of them (unless he doesnt hear from the lady that posted last week, in which case, there will be three cards available). Im just trying to help out the people who have had an unsatisfactory experience with them and are unlikely to call them, or who have called them numerous times, or want to speak to a person instead of some random guy, etc..)
