My husband and I have bought organic grass fed meat at Fred Meyer that has been rancid more times than I would like to admit. We always check the date before buying and put it in the freezer immediately and somehow its bad 9 times out of 10. I would warn everyone not to buy any simple truth meat from Fred Meyer. That being said, is there anywhere in the Wasilla area (a local butcher or something) that offers fresh, grass fed beef?? We are looking for somewhere else we can go for all our meat, its been extremely frustrating to have to throw meat (and money) away!!
