My husband and I went cycling at Miami Whitewater today. He always rides way ahead of me. I caught up with him as he was just getting back on his bike. I worried that the chain came off or he did something to hurt himself so I slowed down and kept watching behind to make sure he was ok. When we got to the car he explained that there were two shady looking guys hanging out in that spot so he stopped and did some stretching and they went into the woods. He wanted to make sure I was safe. :) I love that man.
