My husband kindly met me for lunch just so he could help me carry my groceries to the car so I offered to let him pick tonights menu. :) Sayang that boy and here is what he chose! Roast chicken with fluffy mashed potatoes and sage herb gravy Sautéed vegetables - broccolini, tri-colored peppers, shredded carrots, eggplant, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, red onions and sliced garlic, topped w crumbled crispy turkey bacon Mixed fruit salad - kiwis, blueberries, watermelon, oranges, grapefruit Toasted pull-apart baguette w French butter No dessert because malas. :p
