My husband woke me EARLY this morning (with a phone call) and said Grab the kids and go outside. The moon is beautiful! Before I would wake a sleeping 13 year old (if you have teens you know what I mean), I decided to check it out for myself. I went on our deck. I couldnt see it. Then, I went to the top of our driveway - couldnt see it. My husband was calling me from the car about 1/2 mile from our house where he could see it clearly. I didnt wake the kids and made a cup of coffee and sat on my quiet deck looking at the stars. Judging from everyones FB posts this morning, I think I am the worst mom in the universe for not waking my kids and piling them in the car to see the eclipse!!! Did you see the eclipse this morning?
