My iPhone thinks that I have the headphones plugged in all the time...which means when people call me (or I call anyone), I can not hear them unless I am in my car on Bluetooth or am using the speakerphone option. They told me at Verizon today that I can buy a new phone (at about $500) or use a Bluetooth to do all my talking until my contract expires next July....unless of course I have an extra iPhone laying around at home that I could use. I am not a violent person, but after a 45 minutes wait in the Verizon store that is not what I wanted to hear......I felt like punching somebody. Any suggestions?
