My idea to make a Goldmine out of (almost) nothing is not about what to sell, but more about the location to sell it. I am thinking about a small restaurant/cafe/bar, Chiangmai Catering Service & Art Gallery with a office upstairs for Chiang mai land sale and rent that will be open 6 days per week from 8 am.to 10 pm....in a location where many people (mixed) Thai & Western live but the farang population here is growing. In this area is almost nothing, and some more areas like this one nearby have the same problem. People must take the car or motorbike to get it in the city to get a good breakfast or for a few beers in the evening or sitat home all the time. What will happen when they all find some place that has all of these to offer them on walking distance?
