My intention for the new year is only good as it is followed by action. Sometimes I have to act my way into a new way of thinking. I cant change things by just intending to do so. So that being said, its my business to show up, take right action and leave the outcome up to the Divine Source. The One who is in charge of creating universes, making the grass grow and the flowers bloom with no help from me. My Creator wants his kids to be happy, joyous and free! I hope to approach each day like it was New years day and renew my intention, action and inspiration on a daily basis. After all, life is not a dress rehearsal. This day may be the only day. This is your day. How can I make it matter most? At the end of the day all is well if I have done my best to be kind, compassionate or at least take a kindly tolerant view of those I would otherwise feel less than impartial of. This does not mean that I condone or accept things that I know are harmful to myself, others, animals or the planets natural resources. I struggle with the wisdom to know the difference of what is mine to change and what to leave alone. Complacency in matters that I know are harmful to myself and others is at times tantamount to condoning that which I know is wrong. I hope to not play small today but to be the person of courage that I am called to be. Will I contribute to harm Or contribute to healing? Each moment I have to make that choice. This is conscious heart centered living. I miss the mark sometimes, but must never stop trying. This is honoring this precious life I have been given. May I keep in mind that kindness, courtesy and love are really what transforms and gives life. This is the ultimate purpose. God please help me to always practice this everyday. May every day be new years day. Two things we all need, a sense of purpose and a sense of belonging. My we find both. Namaste all yall guyzes! And rock on!đ
