My interview with Health 24 :-) I was once told that my look doesnt appeal to the majority of ladies out there. Magazines opt for a 20 something year old who has no kids and is built that way at that age. For me, the most inspiring women out there are those who are 35 plus, have had children and work their butts off everyday to attain a lean, toned physique. So humbled to be recognized by Health 24....with a FB following of more than double that of our leading health/fitness mags :-) High five to muscle and hard frikkin work ! Whoop :-)
