My kids make really creamy and very decadent (the secret is lashings of butter) mash potatoes using the Thermomix as well. But of course, they need to keep looking at the recipe. I think a few more practices and they can do it by themselves, without mommy hovering around them like a helicopter. Let me just say, after a certain age, its really time to get the kids to know their food and make their own food. Buy a machine from me, and lets get the kids to learn to use the Thermy now so mommy have more time to sit and FB. haha Meanwhile, do you see the huge 2.2 liters stainless steel pot there?
