My last discussion involved uninsured motorist coverage. Today I would like to explain a related type of coverage which all drivers should maintain. Underinsurance Coverage provides an ADDITIONAL COVERAGE in the event that a negligent driver has a policy of insurance that is insufficient to cover the full extent of the injuries. Therefore, an injured party through an experienced lawyer can seek this additional coverage at an appropriate time. Please make sure you all have this coverage.
