My last few days left in London before I return to open Bharat Dabholkar s Bottoms Up. Its been below freezing as I have diligently gone about eating my way thru these last 6 or 7 days. And what wonderful food ! At Gorden Ramsays petrus Sautéed Foie gras with smoked crackers and poached rhubarb. Grilled Scottish lobster with black truffle, artichoke and girolles macaroni. At Kai Slow cooked egg cooked sous vide at 62c for 45 minutes served on a crispy pancake with Royal Beluski caviar and black truffles. From L’Escargot londons oldest French since 1927. Lucious snails and robata grill. At Colbeh. Probably the finest Persian Iranian grub in London. Ooh Kabab koobideh And more in the next few days.
