My last full day in India and we finally made it to Agra.....and that can only mean one thing............Taj Mahal!!.....it is thought by many to be the most beautiful building in the world...Ive seen most of the world and I have to agree. Built by Shah Jahan as a memorial to his wife, Mumtaz Mahal, it was begun in 1632, and it was finally finished in 1653. Its the most romantic thing Ive ever seen. They are both interred here. Amazing. Later we went to Agra Fort, built in many stages starting in the 11th century. Tomorrow we fly back to the USA! What a great trip. Ill never forget India.
