My last week was insane!! we cleaned out of fridge and began strict paleo again. I gained so much energy once the headaches subsided from a sugar detox. I ate clean except for 2 tortillas! i can count the amount of bad things things and that feels nice. I watched 2 babies come into the world, planted a garden for the first time, refinished my floors for the first time, my house is looking amazing because ive been busting my butt to get it ready to sell. on top of that I managed my coop. as my dad told me IM CRAZY BUT GOOD. I need a vacation ASAP.
